PASCO -Was formed in 1972 to provide parts and service to our customers for the equipment we sold. In the early 80’s we decided to expand our business with Alerton Controls in the DDC (Direct Digital Control) area. Today we have more than 60 employees, 25 trucks on the road and hundreds of control installations around the Upstate NY area which include: College campuses, public schools, hospital complexes, office complexes, industrial parks, government buildings and private businesses.


MCS has been in business for almost 40 years promting, applying and selling commercial HVAC equipement. We specialize in energy conserving green systems that offer the best combination of performance, energy efficiency and compliance with project budgets. Our sales engineers are experts in the application of the products that we sell. Along with our support staff, they focus on customer service, project tracking and after sales support to provide the best possible end product for our customers.
